Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Don Norman Associates' motor carrier authority document service, you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do
not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Service Description
Don Norman Associates provides access to motor carrier documents including:
- Authority/Operating Authority Letters (CPL)
- Transfer Letters
- Reinstatement Letters (REI)
- Re-entitlement Letters (NC)
All documents are obtained from public records and delivered digitally in PDF format.
Non-Refundable Policy
IMPORTANT: ALL DOCUMENT ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of
digital document delivery, all sales are final. Once payment is processed and documents are
delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ordering
the correct documents before completing your purchase.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You must provide accurate contact information for document delivery
- Documents are delivered via email and/or instant download as selected
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Document Delivery
Documents are typically delivered within minutes of successful payment. Delivery methods
include email delivery (PDF documents sent to your email address) and instant download
(immediate download links provided after payment). If you do not receive your documents
within 30 minutes, please contact customer support at (202) 293-0563.
Accuracy and Availability
- We cannot guarantee the current status of any carrier or authority
- Some requested documents may not be available if they do not exist
- We will notify you if a requested document is unavailable
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service for
fraudulent activities, attempt to circumvent payment or security measures, redistribute or
resell documents obtained through our service, or use automated systems to make excessive requests.
Limitation of Liability
Don Norman Associates provides documents "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from
your use of our service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction
where Don Norman Associates operates.
